Working terms

Clear expectations for art, membership, and use.

Artwork, photographs, writing, videos, marks, and original site material remain the property of their respective owners and may not be commercially reused without permission.

Artwork and subscriptions

Monthly memberships renew until canceled. Each successful monthly club payment covers that billing period's jar shipment. If you cancel after paying, that shipment will still be fulfilled. Cancel renewal in My Account before the next scheduled payment to stop future charges. An unpaid billing period does not create a shipment. Your free account stays open. A combined jar and optional support subscription renews and cancels together; contact the studio if you want to change only one part.

Marble of the Month shipping schedule

We do our best to ship between the 1st and 10th each month. These are handmade artworks; a high subscription load or a delayed batch can take longer. The studio records each paid shipment and provides tracking when it ships.

Final prices, billing intervals, shipping areas, cancellation rules, fulfillment windows, return terms, color-preference limitations, and product descriptions will be shown before checkout is enabled.

30-day returns

We want you to be happy with your artwork. Contact the studio within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return. Once we receive the return, we will refund the amount paid for the returned artwork.

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return shipping. The original shipping charge you actually paid is not refunded. If your order shipped free or shipping was included, we do not deduct an extra outgoing shipping charge from your refund.

For damaged, faulty or incorrect artwork, please contact us so we can make it right. This policy does not limit your applicable consumer rights, including any required refund of delivery charges.

Surprise work

Marble of the Month colors and designs are intentionally a surprise. Preferences may influence future studio runs but cannot guarantee a particular shipment.

Giveaways

Each giveaway will have separate official rules, eligibility, timing, entry method, and required platform disclaimers before it opens.

Before launch

These working terms are not the final public agreement. They require review after the business, payment, shipping, membership, and giveaway decisions are complete.
